I am truly grateful for the exceptional experience I had purchasing a car from Village Cars. His approach exemplifies the values of the traditional, customer-focused business. As I live five hours away, I needed to travel by train to collect the car. Paul kindly offered to pick me up from the station, which made the process seamless and stress-free. Upon arriving at Village Cars, I was delighted to see my vehicle prepared and ready for collection. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. The following morning, I noticed two cracks on the windscreen and immediately contacted Paul. A very professional and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were helpful in all ways. This made the experience of buying and selling a car so very easy.

Paul was great, not at all pushy. He gave us all the info we needed. He also provided an extra key, got the car serviced before we collected it, and provided a 3-month warranty for peace of mind. He helped us with the paperwork, too.

Paul and Village cars are great! Paul sold me a white VW Tiguan working 24 hours! He had the car valeted, serviced, and touched up in this time. Fantastic service, possibly one of the last great independent garages

Great service from Paul, replied to emails very quickly, and was a delight to deal with in person. One of the few places I’ve been where they say there’s no pressure, and actually mean it! Very accommodating and arranged an appointment to view on a Saturday afternoon. Once I had decided to go for the car the turnaround was very quick and I was able to collect it the next day. I would have no problem with recommending this garage to anyone.
